the day after pancake tuesday - "satisfied wednesday" or ash wednesday as some people call it.
ah the pancake or 'le pan cack' as the french would say
i had five pancakes yesterday.
top pancake toppings:
1) fresh crushed raspberries
2) nuttella with mini marshmellows
3) maple syrup
4) sugar and lemon (the traditional)
5) ice cream
kelly called over late last evening and had a wonderful pancake too and we discussed the new world record set by the chick that went round da world in a boat. good times

Hmmmmppphhh - disappointed that my skills don't even get a mention. That, my friend, shall be the last pancake I make you. The LAST, I say!!
P.S. I prefer the 'classic' pancake - cooked in rich creamery butter, then rich creamery butter rubbed on afterwards and a light-to-heavy sprinkling/shower of sugar. Granules, not castor - gives it an extra crunchy sugary kick.
Add a playful splash of lemon, if the spirit so moves you!
